Summary
Contracts between e-companion UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and customers are governed by German law. Orders are placed via a binding offer from the customer; the company accepts within five days. Prices include VAT; shipping costs are shown separately. Payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later, Pay Now), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all via the payment processor Stripe Payments Europe Limited (Ireland). For Klarna methods, Klarna Bank AB (publ) acts additionally as credit provider and their terms apply. Right of withdrawal for consumers — see Withdrawal Policy. Goods remain the company's property until fully paid. For business customers, warranty on new goods is limited to one year; used goods are sold without warranty. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, personal injury; otherwise limited. Dispute resolution: EU online platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
