The legally binding version of our withdrawal policy is the German one (Widerrufsbelehrung). The summary below is for reference.

Summary

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period runs from the day the goods are received. To exercise the right, send an unambiguous declaration (letter or email) to e-companion UG. After receiving the withdrawal notice, we refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. The right does not apply to custom-made goods or sealed hygiene products whose seal was broken after delivery.
