Summary
Personal data is handled in compliance with EU GDPR, German BDSG and TTDSG regulations. Hosting by Hetzner Online GmbH (EU data centers) under a data processing agreement. Customer accounts and orders are processed for contract fulfilment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited (Ireland); Reetro stores no card details. For Klarna methods, Klarna Bank AB (publ, Sweden) is an additional recipient of payment and credit-check data. Transactional emails are sent via AWS Simple Email Service under SCC. Functional cookies (cart-id, auth-token, PHP session) are used; analytics/marketing cookies require explicit consent. Data subjects have the full set of GDPR rights.
